Teller at 40 Hwy location

2/25/23 @ 11:50 AM. The teller wasnt happy that I pressed the call button when I didnt see anyone at the window. Was very rude about it. I asked her to write the total on my deposit ticket and she ignored that request. I though bank Midwest was better than this. Never had this kind of experience before.

39.99 was taken out of my account and I been and I tried to dispute it but was just issued a new card. I still haven’t received my 39.99 back in my account

Just need to see a response to my request to dispute the 39.99 fraudulent charge on my account. I was told when it stop showing pending it would be taken care of.

I closed my checking account on 5 Feb 2021 and showing a withdrawal and a cashiers check for the amount. On 25 Feb 2021 It shows I have an overdraft with fees. The account had been closed for two weeks and I have documentation of this. It was closed with a money market account at the same time. I have been sent random text from a lady named Karen Arnold saying they made the cashiers check out for more than I had at the time. She has not given me any documentation and apparently re-open my account without my consent. Fraud services has been contacted about this bank manager.

Website login is cumbersome

To log on to bank site, a phone call is required. Therefore, you must have a phone available at the time which is not always easy. This is the only financial institution of many that I use that uses this security and it sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You say you have a 24/7 number but no one is there and I have a transaction for $100 that I did not authorize. Not only did I not authorize it but it's in another state that's not even close to me. Now I have to wait for your employees to get in and possibly lose more of my hard-earned money.

Its ridiculous to get charged 6 overdraft fees in one day, some banks give you 24 hours to fix your negative balance, however this bank seems to rack up as many overdraft fees as possible to rip you off as much as they can. DO NOT BANK HERE! I feel like I am being completely ripped off, this is the worst bank in existence.

Got srewed on over draft

They got me in the gold premun checking account so I got charge with an overdraft? They told me since I was in the gold premun that there woundt be any overdraft charges? Guess what ? Terrible Practices

Deposited 400 at drive thru at 10am. Shows pending two days later. Bills paid and doesn't come from account until week later when account is low. Asked why they do pending on cash? Why do you purposely wait after bills paid for a week to deduct from account? "Sorry can't answer your questions". This bank purposely tries to overdraw your account. Had free checking with direct deposit when I opened account. Noticed $8 charges. I was told they no longer offered that. Lazy, non caring when closing account.

Terrible Practices

Cash deposited, shows pending two days, bills that were paid on specific date show up later when account is lower. No one can explain this. Two years ago opened account, free checking with direct deposit. No longer offered so they take 8.00 out without telling you. Customer service rude and lazy when closing account.

Deposited CASH at Teller window. Shows deposit pending two days later. When account gets low, bills that were paid and cleared show up and almost makes your account bounce so they can charge service fees. I signed up for free checking. All the sudden I'm charged 8 dollars maintenance fee. Liars and scammers.

Incompetent banking institution

I have had a bank account with this institution for over 20 years. In recent months, this bank has gone to ***. The representatives our completely incompetent and rude. They are unable to provide documentation for previous loan accounts, staff are unable to order debt cards correctly, and they have actually lost mortgage payments. Common sense banking my ***! Management is by far the worst. They are constantly looking into matters. I've worked customer service for half my life, that phrase just means I don't know what the *** Im doing. People banking with this organization need to be aware that there are way better options out there. I recommend if you value your financial affairs that you take your business someone else. Worst expereince I have ever had.
